Today

  • Halloween Themed Non-Uniform Day

    A non-uniform day organised by the Edgewood PTA. We would be grateful if each child could bring a donation of a Halloween themed item to be used in the PTA Halloween Tombola to be held on the 12th October.

  • Children enjoying various outdoor activities at Mount Cook Activity Centre.

    Mount Cook Residential Trip

    A number of our year 5 and 6 children will be spending this week at the Mount Cook Activity Centre in Derbyshire undertaking a large number of outdoor activities as part of their residential trip.

  • Dress Up Day

    Today is a dress up day as children are invited to come to school dressed as their favourite Superhero Spelling or Monster Phonics character. You can find out more about Monster Phonics on the Monster Phonics website.

    Edgewood Primary School and our PTA would be most grateful if you have some cash in your pocket when you collect your children this afternoon.     We will be celebrating today with a special Harvest Festival assembly

  • Individual Photographs

    The photographers are in school today to take individual photographs of each child in school. Please make sure your child is wearing the correct school uniform. Details of how to purchase your photographs will be available later.

    Today we welcome you all back to school for the next part of your exciting adventure.

  • Whole School Cooking Week

    This week will see all the children taking part in our School Cooking Week. There will hopefully be some fine culinary masterpieces that will be sampled by the rest of the school.

    Bonfire Night

    Our fabulous PTA have arranged for another spectacular fireworks display on the school grounds this 5th November. Early bird tickets are available now via the PTA store here with adult tickets £5.00 per person and child tickets (from 2 years up) £3.00 until 30th September.
